Curriculum-aligned. VIT-registered teachers. Documented learning outcomes for every session. Everything your head of school, risk committee, and parent body will ask for — already prepared.
Students remember a good trip. Curriculum leaders remember a trip that aligns to their programs of study, a risk register that already accounts for your school's policies, and a partnership that doesn't send them chasing suppliers mid-trip.
Every session across 7 days has a named educational purpose and a measurable outcome. Written by VIT-registered teachers, not travel marketers. Forwardable to your curriculum committee in one click.
Instead of chasing a coach company, a school, an accommodation provider, and a curriculum team separately, you have one contract with us and we coordinate the four specialists underneath. Single invoice, single point of contact, single risk register.
Not a campus tour. Your students are paired with local buddies, sit in real classes, and collaborate on projects over lunch. The hardest logistical thing in study tours — and it's included, not optional.
Melbourne Young Leaders is structured around the three cross-curriculum priorities and the four general capabilities of the Australian Curriculum. For international schools, we also map against the IB framework on request.
Day 2 classroom session on Indigenous connection to land; Day 3 Sovereign Hill migration narrative including Indigenous impacts; Day 4 cultural context embedded in Melbourne's sporting history.
Day 2 classroom on multicultural Australia; cross-cultural communication threads throughout; specifically valuable for students coming from Asian markets encountering Australia as a Asia-Pacific nation.
Day 2 classroom on environment and wildlife; Day 3 Ballarat Wildlife Park with conservation staff; environmental impact of colonisation covered at Sovereign Hill.
All documents are written by registered teachers, reviewed by our partnership leadership, and formatted to be forwardable inside your school. Request individually or request the full pack in one email.

Every Borderless Growth teacher holds current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration, a Working with Children Check, and full background clearance. Two teachers on every off-site excursion, plus a dedicated floater teacher/guide across all 7 days.
Campus Melbourne is a managed student residence — not a hostel, not a hotel — with 24/7 staffed reception, RFID audit trail, individual room key cards, and lift access restricted to residents. The same building used by Melbourne Uni and RMIT students daily.
Campus Melbourne provides the physical security infrastructure. Your accompanying school teachers retain overnight pastoral duty of care. The split is explicit in the Risk Management Statement — no ambiguity about who is responsible for what.
