For groups of 15+ on the same flight itinerary, some visa processing can be batched to reduce delays. Your booking agent or our partner network (TravelMart in China) can advise on the specific workflow for your country.

We send your school a parent information pack templated for your audience — English, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, or Portuguese — that you customise with your school branding and circulate to families.

Each day your accompanying teacher receives a summary and photo set to share with families in your school's preferred channel (WeChat, WhatsApp, school app). Parents see their child safe and learning.
